Canada Replacing Rear Wiper Blade

Not sure if any Matirx's owners here came across the easiet way to ge the rear blade replace...mine is just in need of replacement badly !!! any suggestion ??? need of help

I think the only way to do it is to replace the blade insert. You can't replace the entire unit, save ripping the current one off and asking the dealership for a new one.

Good luck...I have to do mine, too.

good news i called the dealer yesterday Scarborough Toyota Lexus cost $6.00 for the insert..

go to your local autoparts store like napa, shucks, autozone, or any others like that and get the same part for probably $3-4

the toyota part#

for the entire wiper asssembly. the whole shebang. not the arm, but it has the plastic over it and the blade in it. it literally took me 4 seconds to change before i traded in the matrix (didnt know i was trading it in at the time.

finnally replaced it...pretty easy...but not strong enough tho i guess it is the spring of the wiper
