I don't have the Toyota SST took, apparently used to hold the top strut plate in place while you tighten the the nut on top of the strut mount. It says to tighten to 35 ft lbs. Is it OK to do this after mount the strut back on the car? I see where the strut plate wants to move when you tighten this nut. Thanks for any assistance!
