Cold Start - battery

Does anyone improved any difficulty to start on cold temperature.
(slow cranking)??? With original 310CCA battery it's little low in power when temperatures dropping near freezing or below. Is there any TSB (tech service bulletin) known on that? (Toyota or GM-vibe)

I haven't had any problems w/ mine last winter. We had many days here in Toronto last winter at -20C and started fine all the time.

...Doesn't start right away... exactly. I wonder if the remote starter (orbit) will start the engine, since it doesn't "hold 3x as long as" it should be usually. And Im not talking about -30c yet but around -2c... so far. Compared with... let say new Chevy Aveo with 450CCA !!! with smaller engine. Original 310CCA is good enough for JohnDeere lawn tractor but little short for Matrix/Vibe.
Thanks for reply

gas may also be a factor
higher octane gas is harder to burn
i generally use 94 summer time
then drop down to 91/92 winter

Not trying to be a jerk or anything but batterys contain water which usually gets cold when the weather gets cold hense your battery being cold meaning its not going to start right up like it normally does. I wouldnt put too much thought into it if i were you.

What grade of oil also? You can get stronger batteries, but a better terminal and larger battery wires would be more beneficial.
