Stereo install in 2004 matrix - help?

Hey all,

So I ordered the Pioneer FH-P8000BT from Crutchfield, along with the Sirius Satellite radio tuner. I've never installed a car stereo or anything, but I'm somewhat handy so I thought I could do it. But I'm nervous about a few things that don't seem to be mentioned anywhere - I've searched the forum but can't find the info I need, and some of the posted docs are no longer hosted on the links.

Anyway, here are some questions I was hoping someone could help me with... thanks in advance!!
1. Where does the bluetooth microphone go? I mean, I know it's good to clip the mic itself to the visor, but where does the cord go so it can stay hidden? How does this work? I have no clue. Any pictures you could provide of where the cord gets hidden or how it snakes along behind stuff?
2. Where does the satellite tuner go? I read it might be good under the passenger seat.. can I driller there without puncturing stuff? Where do the corresponding cords go? Again, like the microphone, I'm not sure where to snake the cords along. Any pictures?
3. The Pioneer FH-P8000BT has Aux out and USB out on the back. Where do THESE cords go?

In the end, it seems it's easy to install the head unit, but I just have no idea where all the extra cords and equipment goes. Do i need to take apart door panels or the floor or something? Pull off the dashboard somehow? I'm so clueless.
