Racing seat conversion (Matrix gen 1) ?

I was wondering if anyone has done a racing seat conversion (for example one of these) on a Gen 1 Matrix? If so, got photos, tips, caveats (why-bothers )?

This is for a daily driver, so reclining seats as the one shown above are a must; I'm not even considering fixed seats.

PS For clarificaiton, I'm looking into this to inform myself only on legal racing activities. I also want to ensure that my vehicle is still street legal!

several people over at matrixowners.com have swapped out the seats. what it takes for most of them are the brackets that the seat attaches to. The seat gets attached to the brackets that are attached to the car. many places sell "custom" brackets just for the seat and car, which means that they fit the same bolt holes. for legality, i couldn't help you here.
