I have an 04 Matrix. The fuse for my dash lights (not the gauge cluster) keeps blowing. At the same time, my driver's head light (low-beam) and the break light blew. The running/parking lights don't turn on now, but the blinkers work fine. I have replaced the fuse, but each time I do, it blows again. What's the problem? I installed an after market stereo a few months back, if that makes a difference.

Oh, it's fuse #15 that is the problem.

I did some more research and found the problem. The Illumination wire coming from the harness of my after market stereo was the problem. It was grounding out. Sweet!
