2nd 50 photos 13,433 Km 8,347 Mile Trip WARNING 56K Killer

Holly Carp Batman, cut off at only 50 photos ... continued....

A Frank lloyd Wright home right on the Pacific held in private hands.

The iconic Pebble Beach tree, 250 years old and still going.

Note: this is what I would like, a Spyker, YAHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the prototype fuel efficient Cadillac that is going to save Cadillac.

Unfortunately the engine is still on paper in the design stage. Here it gets over 100 miles per gallon!!

Did you catch the Michelin rubber? Grill blocks? and Wheel opening blocks? All for increased mpg. I also used grill blocks, temperatures permitting.

The Lamborghini guys hung out together and the Matrix guys went to the Aquarium.

This place is world class!

Leaving Monterey behind we make a quick dash up the Pacific Coast Highway to San Francisco where I was in for a huge shock!!!. $49.00 a night to park in the Westin. WTF?? and I didn't get kissed?

A clear day In San Francisco. Trix got 3 days rest while we trollied around. I did not want to get stuck on a hill and toast the clutch.

OK how many of you recognize Alcatraz?

Yes Lombard Street

Some high end shopping and north over the Golden Gate.

The view south and again another clear San Francisco.

North to Alaska??? Nope it is Sonoma and Napa Valley. The memory of this part of the trip is some what alcohol impaired?

Chateau St Jean. They have a regular tasting room and a high end premium room and the wine is outstanding.

Tattinger does an excellent job of producing Champaign.

Where the magic happens!

Dean and DeLuca supplied the cheese.

The C.I.A. supplied the high end food and deserts.

The C.I.A.

Found in the valley, petrified redwood trees.

Back down the PCH to LA.

Welcome to LA and Hollywood!

Went to see some stars??? but at the planetarium?

Not many palm trees around Ottawa.

Time for some kulture and to see how the other side lives. Hurst Castle at San Simeon. A modest summer place?

The summer office while being away from the main office. And now for something to completely piss you off..or..not. Even though they are incredibly wealthy they keep a few cows around to claim the premises as a working ranch to avoid paying taxes AND to collect subsidies. Money sucked right out of your jeans. SUCKER!!!! Enough of an editorial, Have to go out and get some cattle for my side yard.
