Same Fog Light for 2003-2008?

Are the fog lights the same for all models 2003-2008, or did Toyota change the fog light housing for the 2007-2008 models? I'm looking for OEM lights, and most of the results on ebay are for 2003-2006. However, a number of online retailers, as well as a few ebay sellers, sell OEM lights for 2003-2008 models.

If possible, I'd like to buy the OEM lights and relay, then use the existing wiring to hook them up to a Rav 4 fog switch.

Great. That definitely makes things easier and cheaper.

But that raises another question: Why do so many sellers list the OEM lights as fitting 2003-2006 matrix models? Do they just not realize they're the same?
