I've got the '04 Matrix (base) but most of the bolt-ons I've seen are matched to the XR, which also has the 1zz-FE motor, and make no mention of the base model. I was wondering, though, for things like a CAI or SRI which have to be bent to fit into the engine bay, are the two engine bay designs identical? __________________ 2004 Matrix Base • FWD • 1zz-FE • Manual • Gislaved Nordftost 5 (NS) 205 55 16 Up-to-date info about my car is here.
