Hey all! I haven't posted in a while.

Anyways, I recently purchased a used '05 XR from out of state. Does anyone know if there is a OEM front license plate bracket for this model? I've done a few searches but I haven't found what I'm looking for.

There is. The dealership would have mounted one if your state/province requires it. The dealer would probably be your best bet (unfortunately).

OR you can mount it like this and you won't need it. If your bumper doesn't have the holes in it, you get a very clean look.

I just put a bolt through the grill and the equivalent of a large washer on the back of the grill then a nut. Now I have a wire mesh grill, so just the bolt and not does the trick.
