'03 Matrix Dash Gauges not working

Hi,

I recently attempted to post this thread, but it didn't show up, so posting again.....

The dash gauges on my wife's '03 Matrix have just stopped working. There's no response from the odometer, spedometer, fuel, or voltage gauges. They are just sitting at zeroes, exactly how they would look if the vehicle was turned off. She does get a few indicator lights on in the dash like turn signals, headlight indicator, engine starting lights, etc, but the guages and the red backlight are non-functional. I have perused her manual and pulled/checked a few fuses, but so far nothing. All other operations of the vehicle seem fine (headlights, tail lights, brake lights, A/C, radio, power windows, etc).

Does anyone have any idea where to start before I get crazy and rip the dash apart? I'm really hoping this is a simple fuse type thing.

Of note is that last week I did replace one of the headlights and the trunk lid brake light, but things had worked fine for several days before this cluster gauge issue appeared.

Open it up and check the wire maybe it lose. If still not working then might as well get a replace one. I have one for sale lol. $60 shipped to you. Only 90,000 km on odometer
