Unhappy 2005 Matrix 6-Change CD issue

This morning I ejected a CD and then got an Error 3 message. Now, I cannot play, eject or load any CDs. I just keep getting this Error 3 message. Can anyone help? I don't want to have to take it to the dealer.

It worked!! I shut the radio on and off rapidly about ten times and then it actually worked. Thanks so much! I can't drive without my music.

But I wouldn't trust that as a fix to the problem
are you out of warranty?
