Hi guys well i took my car to the dealer to check it out they did a compression test and said cylinder #4 has 180,cylinder #3 has 165,cylinder #2 has 165,and cylinder #1 has 0 they said one of two thing could be wrong a hole in my piston or valve problem but the only way to be sure is to take off the head and look any ideas?

Shop should have access to a borescope - a flexible camera that they can snake down the sparkplug tube and have a peek. Given that the compression drops the closer you get to #1 - along with the smoke and engine power loss - I would suspect a blown headgasket first. Though quite a bit could be possible at this point.
