Did you try pushing in the clutch with the engine on and off? If the noise is still there if the engine is off, then it is likely related to the clutch fork, clutch pedal itself, or the hydraulics.

If the noise only shows up when the engine is running - could be a bad pilot bearing, or more likely the throw-out bearing. Assuming this is the original clutch? How many miles on the car?

Likely something in the mechanical joints - clutch pedal assembly, clutch fork, pivot points, etc. Have to go over them a hit them with a silicone or lithium grease - both can be found in aerosol cans for easy application. Helps if you have a second person to actuate the clutch while you try and pinpoint the source of the noise and hit it with some grease. If the sounds goes away, you found the culprit.
