Rear Visibility- Matrix or Vibe

Hi all, In your opinion which has better rearward visibility sitting in the driver's seat looking back, (backing up, parallel parking, etc) the Matrix or the Vibe?

It will likely be different for each person - but when we were shopping for our 1st gen Matrix XRS/Vibe GT - the Matrix was way better than the Vibe for visibility. On the second gen - the Vibes stayed about the same, but the Matrix got a lot worse. Even so, I still liked the 2nd gen Matrix visibility over the comparable Vibe.

You get used to it though - at least the side mirrors are decent sized for the size of the vehicle. You tend to use your side mirrors more than the rear mirrors anyways, when backing up. Convex stick-on mirrors will help, but to really see back behind you - you'll have to either crane your head around to see around the blind spot or get a rear-ward looking camera.
