2003 Toyota Matrix got stolen

My parent's 2003 Toyota Matrix got stolen at a shopping mall while they spent only 45 mins in the mall [square 1 shopping centre] to renew their license plate sticker at the ministry office in there.

the car only have 70,903km on it. there was nothing inside the car and the car was 100% stock

I dunno why they would steal a matrix. The bmw 760LI my parents parked beside was still there when they came out

It's much harder to steal a BMW. Most car thiefs are not like the guys in "Gone in 60 seconds", they look for common cars that are easy to steal that they can sell for parts. Leaving the car unlocked, or even with the keys in the ignition and running makes their job so much easier. Call the police, file a report, call your insurance company...Good luck!
