Screw a lug nut on about 3 turns, sit on ground facing tire and kick the crap out of it until it breaks loose. Just be aware that if the wheel is that stuck, then the brake caliper bolts, bleed screw etc will probably be a problem also.

1) apply e-brake
2) loosen lug nuts on both side
3) jack up car from the front
4) support with jack stand and lower car onto jack stand
5) take off lug nuts from both side
6) take the spare tire and roll it as hard as you on the left side of the stuck rim/tire
7) if that didn't work then roll it on the right side
8) repeat back and fourth until rim/tire come off
