noisy tire or wheel bearing?

seems like a really noisy tire almost like snow tire sound but there are all seasons mounted on right now.. is this normal for this car? pretty sure its not, it doesnt sound like a wheel bearing whine noise, maybe it could be the beginning of wheel bearing failure? i did do the rotors not too long ago and there were rusted on, i did bang the crap out of it really hard, so hard it broke the hammer, i managed to get it off with another technique, maybe this messed it up and caused a noisy wheel?

if its a front, jack up one side, set the park brake. first grab the top/bottom of the tire, and check for play.
if you find some, its likely a bad bearing.
the next thing, while its still jacked up, put it in gear, and run it up to 25-30, if its a bad bearing, you should be able to hear it.
duplicate that on the other side.
