Which Direct Fit Catalytic Converter Is Really Direct Fit? Magnaflow? Eastern?

I'm in a small town outside of Salem, OR. Local shops are quoting $700 to replace my cat with a direct-fit aftermarket, which seems high to me. I'm thinking of buying an aftermarket cat myself, and asking a shop to put it in. Which one(s) is actually a "direct fit"? I want to minimize labor needed to put in the cat.

Also, if you have any recommendations for a shop in/around Salem or even Portland (Oregon), please let me know.

Remember, Direct fit will mean replacing the pretty much the entire mid section of the exhaust.

Eastern and Walker are both direct fit. I think Walker is actually the OEM supplier to Toyota as well.
