Thats a cylinder #1 misfire code. The cylinder closes to the drive belts.
First try to swap the coil into a diffrent position and see if the code changes ie: p0302 for cylinder #2, p0303 for #3 etc...
Try and swap the spark plug the same way.
The fuel injector would be next but is more difficult for a DUI to swap.
Also check the compression as you may have an internal engine problem.

I swapped the coilpacks and replaced al lthe plugs, i guess next is to do the injector, I'll swap first then maybe by a set...

Worked on several mis-fire CEL's recently. Almost all were dirty injectors. My guess is the change in gas blend to winter may be exposing that. I've had good luck cleaning the injectors in place with a heavy dose of fuel system cleaners with the additive PEA. Then one bottle per OCI after as maintenance.

I'll try the injector cleaner however I was considering taking them out and having them sent to a diesel injection service shop for cleaning what you think about that?

Sure, if you want to. After that just use PEA cleaners to keep them clean.
So i got 4 replacement injectors from Rock Auto the correct ones for my manufacture date, and slapped them in, well, not so good, got misfire codes for all 4 cylinders now, ok, fine. I drop my injectors in my ultrasonic cleaner that i use for aircraft fuel injectors, let them go for an hour, put them back, the drivability issues and start off issues gone but i am still getting a 0301 code. HMMM....i'm sending Rock Auto back the set they sent me, next thing is maybe the idler pulley could be shaking and causing a code? I'm stumped....

Excessive cylinder deposits can cause a misfire code to pop up. If your car is one of those that consumes oil - this is a likely possibility.
Could also be a possible wiring issue. This engine is extremely sensitive to electrical noise. Any recent electrical mod/work should be double checked (HIDs, LED swaps, audio/video gear, etc.).
Double check the wiring to the injectors and igniters. Could be a loose or corroded connection causing the intermittent signal that is triggering the CEL.
A bad or weak battery can also attribute to electrical noise - makes the alternator work harder than normal. If the battery is more than 4-5 years old - then I'd start leaning to a electrical issue.

I ran some sea foam spray through the intake ill check the grounds and clean them in the morning. The
Drive ability issues I had prior to dropping them in the ultrasonic cleaner have disappeared so at least I OT a positive result out of something :-)
