i own an Matrix XR
there were a few times when i was going up or down the highway ramp, i noticed the understeering problem... and i wasn't even driving fast..
the car seem to be really weak at cornering..
i know the car is really high up.. but i thought the stiff suspension would counter the problem..
what do u guys think about it??

ps. plan to add a sway bar later.. dunno if that'll help..

What wheel and tire package do you have. The 16" aloys come with some sorry all seasons that will do that. The 17's are much better. I have a bit of overkill with 19's but it does stick like glue.

I've only test driven the XRS w/17 x 7. IMO, for such a tall car it handles "like it's on rails".
The 16's are only 6.5" wide. Perhaps you should look into a wider wheel.
