So how is your tire pressure? Have you checked it?

No, I dont have tool to check, I just got my XR yesterday.
And it seems flashing evey 3 second, B package 17" rims may affect that sensor?

And one more thing, it's very easy to leaving a scartch inside, me shoe only touch the door when I get out, o.....damn, that's a scartch already. Is there any coding to spray on to protect those cheap plastic?

Ok lets set some things straight ...

Yes 05 have the light or watsiqdunk wouldnt be complaining about it ....only the xr "B" or XRS have it ....

To fix the problem you
1 go buy a $5.00 tire guage to check the pressure the tie is about $180 to replace if its damaged $5.00 is a small investment..
2 gas station to adjust the pressure according to the sticker on the frame of the drivers door ......
3 Now that they are at 32psi for the 17" rims ....start engine and hold the tire pressure reset light ( lower dash area ) for about 5 seconds the flash will change from a fast flash to off then it will flash 3 times slow thats it.......
4 This needs to be done every time you adjust the tire pressures , install your snows, rotate tires etc............
5 the dealer should have done this as part of the PDI ( pre delivery inspection )
6 now sit down and read you owners manual there is lots to learn that your sales rep likely didnt tell you .......

MIKE

That's what I was gonna suggest...get a tire pressure gauge and check it and/or RTFM.

One thing's for sure. I'm glad that tire pressure monitor ISN'T in my 03 XRS otherwise I'd have to introduce my hammer to it because I tend to check my pressure regularly and it'd drive me nuts to have to reset that damn thing so often.

You should also put air in when the tires are cold.

Great info AGAIN, Mike!

Now is ok, but I found that the windshell installed not in a perfect position, the right side black edge area is much thicker than the left side, and only the right side has those small round dot shading pattern, but the driver side without.

Dealer check the presure light for me, and they told me there should be missing to setup the sensor or what because the reset switch doesn't doest work at all, and now is ok they spent 2 hours to fix for me
