Vibe Matrix Sort of the same??

OK. I just picked up a 03 Vibe. I know the Matrix and Vibe are not the same vehicle but I have yet to find a Pontiac Vibe Message forum.

How alike are the cars? What parts are interchangable? Intakes, plug wires, etc etc.

Any assistance you all can provide would be greatly appreciated.

The exterior is pretty much the only significant difference between the two. When it comes to engine, drivetrain, suspension, etc. they're similar and share parts.

The main things I am looking to do are intake and exhaust and just the common mods. But finding parts for the Vibe has been difficult. Then again, I may have not been looking in the right place.

Pontiac and Toyota got together an designed the cars together Pontiac did the interior and Toyota gave them there engine. Toyota start the design of the matrix's back in 96 an brought Pontiac on in 2000. both designed there own exterior
