Has anyone prepared a "how-to" regarding the installation of a TRD short shifter for the Matrix? At one time there was a link to a Matrix/Vibe site that had detailed instructions, but that link is closed.

Did u try Matrixowners.com or is that the same one your talking about? They have a lot of "how to's" and whatnot.

Have you gotten the TRD Quick Shifter already?
It's not a short shifter since the shifter isn't shorther, they just change the geometry so it shifts quicker.

TWM is coming out with a Short Shifter soon, you might want to wait for that since it'll replace the whole shifter and no cutting the trim piece like the TRD Quick Shifter.
