I have a 03 Matrix XRS. I cannot stand the guages. I want to replace them with white gauges. Anyone have any idea n how to do this?

Is it just the gauges themselves or the color of the l.e.d's?

There aren't any aftermarket gauges available for the 03's or the 04-05's. IIRC, some guy took the gauges apart and it would be a bee-atch to replace because there's a whole slew of LED's behind the face. You can't simply change the colour by swapping out the face. You'd have to change the LED's as well.

I appreciate the help. I am going to see if I can get toyota to do it for me than. I am not worried about the money I just don;t understand why they diidn't make the guages white in the first place.

hmmm, what does your gauge look like? mine is red with white, I thought it looked ok.
