Mods and your warranty

So, I'm at 34k on my XRS, and really wanting to get into some mods. I've done a bit of research heere and elsewhere, but I haven't really done much of anything yet.

I have a 100k mi. warranty, and I'm worried about voiding it out with aftermarker parts. So I'd like to get an idea of what parts will cause issues.

E.g.- Will a CAI affect warranty, or only if it's not TRD (vs. AEM, etc.). Are all TRD parts approved for replacement and keeps warranty legit?

Here are the things I'm most interested in doing:

CAI

PRB

Front strut top brace bar

Cat Back Exhaust

AEM pulleys

Various aem/injen chrome and appearance mods in the eng. compartment

Thanks.

I believe the hand dandy manual will tell u about that. Depending if u get the parts through the dealership and having them install them, i don't know. Then again i'm getting mods else where. Mine is also still under warranty by the way.

They can only deny your warranty if that aftermarket part is the main cause of a problem you wish to resolve.

I've reviewed the warranty, and they don't really spell it out. I suppose they'll try to jerk you no matter what, but I'd like to at least try and avoid any known trouble spots.

Clutch is a biggie, seeing how the stock clutch is shit. But if I go to an ACT unit, do I void the tranny warranty? Sure I do. But will Toyota replace the crappy clutch? Nooooo.

Sux.
