Well, the time has come...I must bid you all a fond farewell! My wife and I decided to "upgrade" to a Scion xB. I say upgrade as a joke...lol. Damn, I will miss 8200 RPM, but the warrantee is running out and the miles are climbing. We will be paying $100 less a month, have zero miles, and still owe just as much as we do now. We are only losing a tiny amount of space. I can't afford any more tickets anyway...lol. I just have to keep telling myself this to stay sane.
I appreciate everything that this forum has to offer and want to say thanks. It has been quite helpful over the last 1 1/2 years. I will continue to browse this forum as well as my new home, the Scion forum. Thanks to all!
I really wish Toyota offered more parts and such for the Matrix as they do for the Scions. Oh well...every Matrix I see is a blue hair driving it and I am not going to hang at the local walmart to hang out with fellow Matrix owners/walmart greeters...lol. Too bad for Toyota that their GEN Y marketing plan for the Matrix went south to Florida to the blue hair retirees. And I hear the Celica won't be back either! Maybe when we retire we will get another Trix.

I know it...but like I said, We will owe the same amount(16,000 still owed on the Trix), look cool(as cool as a school bus can be, huh? Or is it a toaster?), no miles, etc. I hate to do it, but it is a logical decision. Hmmm...My mom would be proud of me...her boy is all growed up! lol
