Wrong forum.
To remove the wheel studs, you can use a hammer. They'll pop right out.
To install them you need a special press/puller. Or you can use a air impact wrench, a bunch of washers, a lug nut that you don't care about, and some anti-seize compound.
1. Stick your new wheel studs through the backside of the hub. Might want to tap on it alittle bit so the stud kinda seats into the backside of the hub.
2. Apply some anti-seize compound onto the wheel stud. And place the washers over the wheel stud.
3. Screw on the lug nut.
4. Use a air impact wrench to tighten the lug nut. This will draw the wheel stud into the hub.
5. Remove the lug nut and washers.
6. Repeat steps 1 - 5 for the other wheel studs.
7. Install the wheels. Torque the lug nuts to 75 - 80 ft. lbs.
8. Go for alittle drive.
9. Re-torque the lugnuts to 75 - 80 ft. lbs.
