The only ones that have popped up were custom ones built by owners themselves. A lot of people didn't like the 'flimsy' cargo cover. Myself included but I actually grew to like it since it 'flexes' and I can cram a bunch of stuff underneath it. A stiff cover wouldn't let me do that.

Stef, run back to the dealer and ask for one. They should have given you one before you drove out of their lot. It's standard equipment.
If you notice in your trunk there's rectangular hoops just below window level. These hoops are where the 'flimsy cargo cover' hook on to.

While you're at it...make sure you have those black, screwable hooks that screw on to the 'tracks' in your cargo area/back seats.

We're in Canada too. Then again, you're in Quebec. It definitely is different there.

Yes.
If it's not already screwed into the tracks, it might be hidden again somewhere. You should have received a set of those as well.

You can see 8 of them in the tracks (2 in each track) in the pic below...

Check for all these items in both of the rear storage areas (the big rear one & the narrow front one). They had all my stuff in these 2 areas. If not, the dealer owes them to you.
