Can you put a 2004 cold air intake on a 2005 matrix or have they made any cold air intakes for the 2005 yet?

what model matix do you have? if you have an XRS, then yeah, the 04 XRS cold air will work on the 05 XRS, but if you have an XR, no there isn't a direct bolt on for it yet, but that doesn't mean it cant be done

Yeah i have an xr and i really want some speed cause i had a grand am gt and i traded it in for a matrix and the matrix does not compare on speed so im tryin to figure out the cheapest way to get power.

trade it back in. naw just messin. its not impossible to put a cold air on your 05 XR, its just gonna take some effort on your part, or someone else's if you're willing to pay someone to make one for you.

alright... now is it possible to put a CAI in a '05 Base Matrix?... haha, I didn't know about xr and xrs until after i bought my car so I'm stuck with the base model. Anyway, I've been wanting to put a CAI in my car for a while but I haven't gotten confirmation as to whether or not it's possible.



HELP!!!!!!!
