^^Yeah dealers or sales people don't know it all! I had a similar situation where a customer asked about the 08 Highlander and he wanted to see some pictures and the sales people were like there are no pictures. I had to interupt and say there are on the internet. The sales people were like it the internet line so I was like, no there are official pictures and press release by Toyota, but they were dumbfounded.
I guess in those situations just leave it. If you know from a credible source like Toyota corporate then I guess you have the power of knoledge and you can maybe teach them.
