hey man....I sent you the pics (only two since it's pretty simple) through PM- you didn't get it? I'll try it again...


and like venom is saying, I think that you may have installed your vacuum line on to a wrong port or something.....the only time that vacuum would be 0 at idle and vacuum is gained when on the throttle is running a hose pre-throttlebody (I think....)
