It's nice having the sequential shifter...when driving in D down the highway and someone slams on their brake in front of you, you can literally tap it over into "S" and it starts engine braking...pretty nice.
And as for the low comment...when you put this thing in 1st 4LO, it crawls a hell of a lot slower than the Taco did (because of the rear end gearing (4.3) and the first gear (3.33)
