Just from personal experience...front suspensions is MOSTLY interchangeable...sway bars are different and craddle/sub frame are slightly different.
Rear suspesion is very similar...arms are different length and sway bar attaches differently...but i believe when it comes to springs its same...and spindle/knuckle/ hub assy (whatever you want to call it) is the same
