rebuild and turbo?? or 3sgte swap??

ok heres my delima, i have a 5th gen celica GTS and i dont wanna rice out my car before i make it fast. ive saved up ALOT of money but dont know the best use to make of it. i have approx. 141k miles on it but i dunno if i should do a rebuild on the motor and make it strong enough to handle high boost levels and just run it like that (by the by, i have a 5sfe) with bolt on's and then just make the body better, or if i should just go with a 3sgte motor swap and upgrade that. i want to go with whichever will yeild the greatest power overall but being only somewhat knowlegable on motors and cars in general, i dont know which that would be. if anyone can help me out with this i would greatly appreciate it.

ps
if anyone knows of any places (should i decide to do the rebuild) that have good prices on forged pistons/bottom end kits in Maryland or if anyone on here can make em for me i would greatly appreciate that info too. thanks
