the best speed is about 55-60mph. it is also the best speed for clean engines and economy. Hand in hand.

Tire pressure depends on the car. Some cars MUST have different tire pressures. The Corvair, rear engined Renault and others REQUIRE 10 to 12 psi lower in front than in back for control. it is the design that many people ignore and cause accidents. Just follow the postings on the door or manual.
