No change here. But I went with tires about the same weight as stock.

i lost 1-2mpg... but recovered some by slowing down. I just put 265/70/17 BF At KOs on which gave me the loss. I am putting biliys set at 2.5 with 1.5" blocks in the rear withing the next week or 2. I will let you know if i notice anymore loss. But i agree w/ the ^ post about tires and added weight also increased resistance on the road with the aggressive treads. Most likely its tires... since we arnt really lifting too high at all... 6" an above i would think would cause a considerable difference in MPG.

From 20 to 18-19 with just the lift. Same tires/wheels. I do drive a little harder now though. I use intimidation methods to move slow people out of the fast lane .
thanks for all the input guys. the loses don't seem too bad. i just thought i'd ask considering how gas is going and how many people are still lifting their trucks.
well i got a 05 tacoma prerunner. i just put a 2.5 lift kit and a 1 inch block on the back with some toyo A/T 17inch tires and i have seen a decent decline in mpg. i think its mostly due to the tire weight and i can be wrong but also on drag from the wind
yeah i think drag can be a issue. where i live its windy and sandy so it always a fight with the wind and with gas prices right now im basically working for gas

How does the drag increase from the lift? You just shift the body/frame a few inches up. If anything, should the drag not be lower because the air is thinner up there?
I am in the camp that thinks it's the tires that really cause the mpg decrease. I lifted my truck 2" and there is no difference in the gas mileage I get.
