The device looks the same as the Tornado Fuel Saver.. which is nothing but snake oil.. they don't work.. Consumer Reports actually did a test and showed a decrease in performance.. Tornado tried to sue Consumer Reports to block the results from being published.. Independently tested?? Anything can be manipulated to give you the results you want.. they just plain don't work..

You'll get more mileage from proper vehicle maintenance and driving habits than by installing something on you car.

I had the Tornado Fuel Saver a long time ago, and it did decrease performance/mileage. Learn from my mistake.

I read some independent reviews that said they did work on certain vehicles.. they definitely do not work on anything with a long runner intake since the air turbulence is smoothed out long before it reaches the cylinder head.. and on other reviews I read some cars picked up a bit of torque.. I basically didn't read a single review that said they got better fuel economy and a rare few that did pick up some power (although that could just be the placebo affect..) Unfortunately most of the reviews reported 0 increase in anything or an actual decrease in power..

It seemed the cars that benefited were small displacement engines with short runner intakes or those that had carburetors..

Though I sell a competitive product to the Z5 I can assure you that it works . The French are far more advanced in regards to such technologies than the ROW . Here is a independent French study that shows around 10% emissions reduction http://174.121.237.17/~gprophet/wp-c...rench-test.pdf Then I would like to tell everyone "to read about the ranque Hilsch effect" . It has 2 effects ... one well documented is the temperature potential ... the other is a electromagnetic effect . I know that the following work: -- Z5 ... don't expect anything more than 20% best case scenario ..... it's ionising the air and this manipulates the molecular structure of the different Atoms which is increasing the oxygen content .... combustion -- Ecopra kit , I have got results of 12% fuel saving on a Mercedes Actors .... on the Sprinter 208 cdi .... 16% and on a RAV 4 around 25% with this kit . The Actros is in the "most fuel efficient production engine in the world" still we managed to get 12% . It uses the ranque hilsch effect"s" and atomises molecules and fuses them back together to something refered to as a magnacule ( as per Santili from magnagas ... check that device as well magnagas ) .... inspired by the GEET engine -- and the HH2 System ( more trouble installing and potent gas created that may be less appreciated by the engine ) but this mother**** gets around 40-50% on average vehicles ..watch panacea bocaf video on youtube
thanks
