Question about A/C usage?

I looked around a little bit but couldn't find anything on the subject, so sorry if this is a double post. Does the power on which you set your A/C on affect how much MPG you're going to lose? Say for example I set mine on 77 with the fan on low. Am I going to see less of a drop in that as opposed to setting it on 65 with the fan on full blast?

If the temp is set lower, the compressor may run a bit longer (depending on the system electronics) and mileage may be affected by a very tiny percentage... you will not see a measurable difference.

The Camry Hybrid uses an electronic compressor, not a belt driven one which affects power and therefore fuel economy.

That's all well and good, but the small difference in run times for the compressor won't result in anything noticeable as far as fuel economy goes. Certainly not enough to be worried over versus comfort. I'm sure you 'd have to do some long term calculations to see a difference at all.
