I wish it were that easy, if you use Bosch plug wires, they seem to always get stuck with at least one of the rubber seals. Typically, I use di-electric grease around the insulator of the spark plug and inside the boot and around it.

Long story short, as far as I've had experience with:

Bosch plug wires = 2 sets that I had to pull seals out of the spark plug chamber
NGK = 1 set and no problems
