As mentioned you won't be the first. You "claim" that you will take on such a hard task but yet lean towards the 240SX due to it being underpowered? It shouldn't matter since your gonna do an engine swap anyways. Its a lighter chassis than the 240 so look at the power to weight ratio. Your not 16 by any chance are you?

Strawberry conversion looks much better. Was going to do that to my car but got totalled.
