Yep, you can see that it's damaged in the pic.
You need to ask alot of questions before the purchase. When you ask the questions you have to do it through eBay also. If you don't, it doesn't matter.
Finding good sellers on eBay seems to be getting harder and harder all the time. I am going to lose my ass on a complete convertible top. The seller stated over and over that it was in perfect condition and that it would not be damaged during shipping.
They put it on a pallet and the top hung over on both sides. They protected the top with STRETCH WRAP! Needless to say it was heavily damaged during shipping. Not to mention the fact the the inside of the top is trashed, everything is completely rusted, and it was also already damaged BEFORE they shipped it.
They lost the PayPal dispute but shipping is still $200. Ugh.
