All the screws you need to remove are the ones around the instrument cluster itself. If memory serves me correct there are 4 screws holding the instrument bezel and 4 holding the cluster itself. Remove the cluster and the clear clover plate-that should be held on by a few clips. Depending on which gauge faces you prurchase you may or may not need to remove the needles.
