He charges somewhere around $350 - $400. You just send him the complete stock wiring harness and the other wiring harness. When hes done it'll be plug and play. Sometimes some wires may need to be extended but thats really it. Look for him on the forum. When you're ready just let him know what the two engines the wiring harnesses are coming from, make of the vehicle and model. He'll take care of the rest.
