The new corolla seem to be higher quality than the old ones, but the cabin is a little bit high for a small car. I was amazed by the size of the cabin of the Matrix, rear seats are way roomier than I expected. Headroom for both front and rear are extremely tall even for a 6'2" guy like me. Dash is sporty and attractive, all the buttons/knobs are laid well.
