It has spark, and ample spark at that. It has air, i verified the MAF was opening. It has gas, the spark plugs have gas on them when pulled. The original engine was fully functional until the engine siezed. The one thing i can think of off the bat is that the engine may not be completely grounded. Evidence of this is that there are no "spark" marks on the spark plugs.
