Nope. Haven't had a single problem as a result of installing the pulley.
As far as "gains" go... there are dyno sheets from ZPI when they installed the pulley on a tC... from what I noticed, it just allows the RPMs to go up a little faster... but after a while of driving like this, you just get used to it and it doesn't feel any different haha.
