For the most part yes, there were some minor changes, but nothing that should stop the physical installation of a part.

I just bought a 1986.5 supra and as far as I've seen most parts will fit any mkIII supra. However it can be really hard to locate said parts. I've been looking for a long time for some parts I need and still havn't found them. That being said, if you hear of any good places to get supra parts let me know!
