1987 Supra Security system problem

I had my car in the shop being worked on and some how they messed up the security system so that it goes off and can not be disarmed and the car will not start. It is a factory system is there a fix for this? I am open to any suggestions. Help!

Um. To reset the alarm. Get out of the car. Close the door. Lock it with the key, then unlock it with the key. Get in, start the car and go.

If the alarm goes off when you open the door, they've knocked the sensor off the back of the lock. To snap it back on, pull the door interior off, and look at the back of the lock, make sure the snaps hold it inplace.
