new supra, new problems

Hello I just recently got a 1987 turbo supra. The car is white with very clean blue interior. Has abs, electronic suspension that still works. Overall its very nice find. Pics will be up later.

The bad...

it will turn over but not start, im leaning towards ecu or security system.
It has the 7mgte engine

I have tested fuel pump, CPS, relays, maf, no codes either when i had a snap on scanner hooked up to it.

I've read alot of no start threads but did not see a cure. I tried locking and unlocking to reset the security system. Any more ideas? Anyone have a computer fro sale too?

Thank you

There is a code scanner for our car? All you really have to do is short out like E1 and TE1 (IIRC) In the Diag block and the Check Engine Light flashes the codes to you.

The closest thing that sounds like what your problem is, is the CPS. It's an age old problem that's only really solved when the harness in that section is replaced.

i fixed the ecu, and found out the major problem was corrision in the coils. The cats are clogged so I got a 3 inch exhaust made and did a tune up with some ngk iridium plugs and wires. runs pretty good still. Next thing is aem / injectors + more boost.
